How long does shipping take?

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Yes, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

What hair textures does Amara offer?

Amara offers premium 100% virgin human hair in a curated collection of textures designed to complement natural hair ranging from 3B–4C, making it easy to find your perfect match.
I’m not sure which texture is right for me.

We’re happy to help! Send us a photo of your natural hair in its curly state, and our team will recommend the best texture for a seamless blend.
I have more than one curl pattern. Which texture should I choose?

This is completely normal. We recommend matching the section of your natural hair that will be most visible after installation for the most natural finish.
Can I color the hair?

Yes! Because our extensions are 100% virgin human hair, they can be professionally colored. We recommend using a licensed stylist to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Can I straighten curly textures?

Absolutely. Our extensions can be straightened and will typically return to their natural curl pattern after washing when proper heat protection is used. We recommend straightening our looser curl patterns. Excessive heat may permanently alter the curl pattern.

Hair Care

How do I wash my extensions?

Use a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo followed by a hydrating conditioner or deep conditioner. Gently detangle while the conditioner is in the hair and allow the curls to air dry whenever possible.
Can I swim with my extensions?

Yes. After swimming in chlorine or salt water, rinse, cleanse, condition, and detangle your extensions as soon as possible to keep them looking their best.
How long do Amara Extensions last?

With proper care and maintenance, your Amara Extensions can last years or longer, depending on how often they’re worn and styled.
