What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions may only be returned for store credit if they are unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all ties and tags intact. Any hair that has been altered cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only before they begin processing. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
